Glens Falls Pediatric Consultants, PC and Pediatric Associates of Saratoga, a well-established and privately owned practice, is seeking an enthusiastic Board Eligible or Board-Certified Pediatrician or Advanced Practioner Provider to join our dedicated team. For the past 50 years, we have been proudly serving the pediatric patients of the Glens Falls community, and over 20 years ago, we expanded our care to Saratoga Springs. You will be joining a team of seven board-certified pediatricians and five advanced practitioner providers who are committed to delivering high-quality care. 

This position focuses on providing office-based pediatric care, allowing you to build lasting relationships with patients and support their growth and development from newborns to young adults (ages 0-21 years). Importantly, this role does not include hospital or inpatient call coverage. 

Our practice proudly holds NCQA recognition as a Pediatric Medical Home, a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional quality care to our patients. We offer comprehensive phone nurse patient support during office hours, available seven days a week, along with 24/7 outpatient call service for continuous care.

OPERATIONS MANAGER:  We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Full-Time Operations Manager to join our dedicated team. The selected candidate will drive organizational success for our private pediatric practice. The ideal candidate will possess background in management, with proven leadership skills to oversee and mentor both the Reception and Billing teams, with responsibility for ensuring the smooth daily operation of both departments.

Strong communication skills are essential, as this position works closely with healthcare providers, staff, and families to ensure accurate information is obtained and documented, appointments are scheduled appropriately, and all necessary details are captured to support correct and timely billing.

The Operations Manager will be responsible for planning, organizing, and oversight of daily processes. Confirmation of precise patient demographic data, and the timely entry of all associated charges, as well as monitoring and tracking results. A working knowledge of current ICD‑10 coding is required. The ideal candidate will have experience with Medent, a solid understanding of patient health insurance, and familiarity with the functions and workflow of both the billing and reception department.

Additional responsibilities include understanding and management of provider credentialing.
