Prescription Refills

At Glens Falls Pediatric Consultants and Pediatric Associates of Saratoga we are available seven days a week; however, we do require 24-72 hours notice to phone in, e-scribe or write a prescription. When calling the office or sending a message through the patient portal for a prescription refill please have the patient's name, DOB, the medication (including the correct spelling) dose, directions and pharmacy that you would like it called into/mailed available.

It is important to note, when a provider e-scribes a prescription to your pharmacy it sometimes takes time for the presecription to be transferred electronically and may not be readily available for pick up at your pharmacy.

When requesting a refill on a prescription please call the office where your child is normally seen.
